Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to make adjustments.

If your cancellation request is submitted within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

If you are still not satisfied, you may return your item within 60 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We take care to package all orders securely. An item is considered damaged if it has a clear defect or is physically broken upon arrival. Minor damage to outer packaging (such as dented boxes) does not qualify if the product itself is in good condition.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Email hello@utlline.com and include clear photos of the damage. If approved, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage after delivery.


Shipping & Delivery

We work hard to ship orders promptly, but once a package has been handed to the courier, delivery times are outside of our control. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other transit-related issues are not the responsibility of utlline.

If you experience delivery issues, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. utlline is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we are unable to guarantee a resend or refund.
